I don’t want to go to a clinic or hospital but I still want to feel that the treatments are being administered safely.
It's understandable that clinical surroundings can be intimidating So while, our treatment room is a calm and relaxing haven, behind the scenes, we ensure that everything runs as it should from a sterile and health and safety point of view. We take a detailed medical history during our first meeting to reduce risk and will never treat you at a first consultation.
I am not sure whether injectable treatments are right for me?
We always spend time helping you make the right decision about treatments – and there is never any sort of hard sell! Injectables are only part of our Me! range. Our skin peels and skin care offer fantastic rejuvenating results and most clients find the result dramatic. We will spend as much time as you need at every stage and give you the confidence and all the information you need to make the right decision for you. If you have any doubts, we recommend you take time to think things through. If appropriate you may be able to speak with one of our clients about their experience.
I’m not keen for other people to know I've had these treatments!
We are in a private rural location within parking outside and we allow for sufficient time between clients so that you can relax privately after your treatment. We also promise not to display any photographs of our clients to anyone. Your results are entirely secret.
I am scared that the results of my treatment will look unnatural. I have seen photographs in the papers of when things go wrong... How can I be reassured?
With all our services, whether skin care or make-up, we aim to provide you with a natural, pleasing result that suits you. Products are much more sophisticated than they used to be and muscle relaxants and fillers are not permanent, so all these factors, combined with our expertise, should give you peace of mind that all will go well.
The people I have seen on TV, who have had a chemical peel look burnt. Why?
They are likely to have undergone a medium or deep chemical peel. We use light strength clinical strength peels that are gentle and effective over a series of treatments. You are able to resume your daily activities immediately after treatment and may expect some light peeling but you could confidently go out and about after our peels.
I work full time, can you see me in the evening or at the weekend?
We are flexible and able to offer a selection of appointments during week days, evenings and weekends.
Does Mrs and Me! Have all the right insurances?
Yes we are covered by all the relevant insurances including public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

I have very sensitive skin, will your make-up product react adversely?
We have a fabulous invisible make-up base which is a dermal shield and is perfect for highly sensitive skin and will avoid all adverse make-up reactions.
I don't usually wear make-up but am worried I will look totally different.
The consultation will let us get to know each other, find out about your likes and dislikes, your wedding colours, style and personality. It usually lasts 2 hours and includes consultation and expert personal make-up. You may find it helpful to cut out pictures of make-up looks that you like. You’ll receive our best kept make-up secrets so that you look radiant all day on and off camera!
Should I have a facial before my wedding day?
All brides booking with Mrs! will be given a professional skin care recommendation to follow to get your skin looking its best for your big day. The better your skin, the better you make-up will look.
How long before my wedding do you think I should book?
We recommend you book your consultation at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding. It gives you time to have your skin analysed and follow a personal skin care recommendation to ensure your skin looks fabulous for your big day. We will offer unbiased advice on the best types of product to meet your needs.
